I want by means of this letter to welcome and at the same time to inform all of you of the hiring of Luis E. Montoya as Saez Distributors Operations Administrator. Mr. Montoya is well known by most of Saez Distributors employees. Luis has worked within the HVACR industry for many years with companies such as Coastline, ICP, Carrier and Saez Refrigeration / Saez Distributors. Luis holds also a Bachelor degree in Professional Administration from Barry University.

Luis will serve as my personal assistant in charge of operations within the company and his responsibilities will be primarily to implement and ensure that company’s procedures and standards are safe, effective, and efficient. This will require constant and daily communication with stores Managers and employees in matters related to the operations of our company as a high quality HVACR Distributor with the ultimate goal of enhancing the company’s capabilities, our communication with Suppliers and the service to our customers.

We all need to keep in mind that the success of Saez Distributors depends on the commitment of all our employees and that working as a team is a must in order to confront competitively the daily challenges of our industry.
